vibalog, now with RSS

I finally added an RSS feed for the vibalog, assuming I didn't make any silly mistakes or anything.

I don't actually use RSS myself, but I am nonetheless doing this for the benefit of the people (and apionet bots) who do. it means that I can, in theory, post things to the vibalog without them going unnoticed and ignored forever and ever. this is potentially desirable.
